Videos are converted to a standard format on our servers; the original file you uploaded is deleted immediately after conversion. If you delete your review (from your account or by writing to [email protected]), your name, email, review text, and uploaded photos/videos are permanently removed from our systems; we keep only a minimal internal record of the removal itself.
