Review Policy
Who can write a review
Only customers who bought from aapanam.in and whose order has been delivered can write a review. There is no other way to post a review on this site — that is why every review you see here carries a Verified Purchase badge.
What a review can include
A star rating (1–5), a written review with an optional title, and — if you wish — either one video (up to 60 seconds) or up to 2 photos.
Every review is checked before it appears
Our team reads every review before it is published. We decline to publish a review only for these reasons:
- •abusive or obscene language
- •content unrelated to the product
- •someone's personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
- •false statements of fact, spam, or fraudulent content
A review is never held back for being critical or for giving a low rating. Negative reviews are published the same way positive ones are.
What we never do
We do not pay, reward, or offer discounts in exchange for reviews. We do not write or commission reviews. We do not change the words of a published review.
Your name and your uploaded photos or videos
A published review shows your name and the photo/video you uploaded — you agree to this with a checkbox when you submit. Your email address, phone number, and address are never shown on the website.
Dates
Every review is shown with the date it was submitted by the customer.
Changing or removing your review
If you have an account, you can edit your review from My Orders; the edited version is checked again before it replaces the published one. To have a review removed, delete it from your account or write to [email protected] — removal permanently deletes your uploaded photos/videos from our storage.
Final decision
The final decision on whether a review is published rests with the Aapanam team, taken in accordance with the rules written on this page.
